4Dr.Ammar Salti

Dr. Salti is a practicing Consultant Anesthesiologist at Zayed Military Hospital. United Arab Emirates since October 2002.

Dr Salti started his medical school in 1980 and graduated in 1987.He did his post graduation at Rene Descartes university- Paris-France and his fellowship of anesthesia and intensive care at Bichat hospital –Paris-France.

He also has the European diploma of Regional anesthesia and pain medicine

In his 15 years as a consultant, Dr. Salti worked in different hospitals in Paris and developed the acute pain services in their anesthesia departments.

His interest in the chronic and acute pain management is important .He participated in creation of workshops and CME programs for regional anesthesia.

Dr Salti is an active member of the European society of anesthesia (ESA) and the European society of regional anesthesia (ESRA) .

Dr. Salti has had several articles published in the Annales Francaises d’anesthesiologie and the European journal of anesthesia.

In Zayed Military hospital,Dr Salti is involved in the development of the post operative pain management and running the chronic pain clinic since 2003
