The Medical Library is the intellectual heart of the hospital. It was established in 1979 to provide convenient access to medical information for all health professional in Tawam Hospital. The growing collection of medical information in the library includes over 5000 books and around 160 print journals, and an electronic library (HAAD) involving 11 medical databases and electronic resources covering different fields in medicine and nursing.
